1.5 lbs of breast meat sliced into thin strips
4 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of mirin
½ tsp of red pepper flakes
Asian chives chopped finely
1 carrot peeled and grated on a fine grater 2 spring onions- green part only- sliced thinly 3 cloves of garlic crushed with salt & ground black pepper to taste
Duck fat or olive oil for frying
